Miland was one the first companies to provide automated HUD billings services to the affordable housing industry.  Miland obtained their first customer in 1988.  That first customer is still an active client utilizing our monthly TRACS services for preparing 50059s, first reminder notices and voucher processing.

With the reinstatement of Management and Occupancy Reviews (MOR), our staff will go to the client's site to conduct file reviews to repair MORs and/or to prepare for an upcoming MOR.

Janet Miller is the President of the company and has been in the affordable housing industry since 1979.
